Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name and phone number, your email address and message if you give them, who the room is for, and when you need to move.

With each inquiry we also record how you reached us: the campaign tags in the link you followed, the page you sent the form from, the website that sent you here, and the type of browser you used. Your browser holds the campaign tags from your first page for the rest of the visit and forgets them when you close the tab.

How we use it

We use your details to call you back about a room and to answer your questions. We use the campaign information to see which listings and flyers bring inquiries, so we know where to advertise. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything else.

Who can see it

The owner, the person who answers intake calls, and the agency that runs this website and its advertising. We store inquiries with Supabase, send inquiry alerts through Resend, and host this website with Vercel. Those companies store or deliver the information for us.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers the information it uses for that check.

Visit counts

We count page visits and a few actions, such as tapping the call button, with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or follow you to other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for 12 months, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Call 346-473-0292 or email info@annesoaysistx.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page.
